Shipping
Domestic We use Australia Post Express post satchels, free postage applies to all orders within Australia. Orders received before 5pm Mon-Fri will be posted the following business day, for orders placed after 5pm or on weekends please allow an extra day (payment must be received prior to posting)
Please allow 2-5 business days after posting to receive your item dependant upon your delivery area, for more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.australiapost.com.au
International We use Australia post registered airmail, a flat fee of $30 applies to all international deliveries. Depending on your region please allow between 2-15 business days for your order to arrive. Please contact us for a more specific timeframe for your country or if your country is not on the list that will allow you to register on the website.
You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country, please check your local customs procedures for any taxes or duties that may apply.
Returns:
If you need to return merchandise you may return it by regular mail service.
We must stress that in order to receive a return:

All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase.

The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.

The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.

The merchandise must be returned with vendor and price tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in the original box, with stickers attached.

Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
Process
- Email info@fashionunearthed.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your delivery advising if you would like an exchange or refund

Send garment back via express or registered post within 5 business days of e-mailing (if an item is not sent via one of these methods and can’t be tracked and goes missing in the post your return item will not be credited)

The returned garment will be inspected for quality to ensure it is in 100% brand new condition, the refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the garment, you will not be charged a second postage fee when we send back the return.
For a refund you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price (excluding postage fees)
